What You’ll Do Here
- Recruiting
- Working with our recruiters to run the interview and recruiting process
- Conduct front-line screening and post-screening conversations where necessary
- Optimizing the Recruiting Process - minimizing the time to apply to hire
- Ensuring candidates have a quality experience
- Drive applicants by working with marketing on digital strategies, hosting in-person events
- Organizing Resources
- Organizing Remote Office
- Laptop Status
- Company Lunches
- Training courses
Experience We’re Looking For
- Excellent English - written and oral communication
- Associate's Degree or equivalent, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Experience interviewing and selecting technical talent
- Strong in developing and enforcing (light-weight) processes
- Entrepreneurial mindset: willing to do what it takes - but improve and formalize when necessary
- Excellent with using/recommending digital tools and processes- e.g. Jira, Google Sheets, Trello etc.
- Comfortable with a large variety of individuals, “high bandwidth” communicator
