What You’ll Do Here 

• Recruiting 
• • Working with our recruiters to run the interview and recruiting process 
  • Conduct front-line screening and post-screening conversations where necessary
  • Optimizing the Recruiting Process - minimizing the time to apply to hire 
  • Ensuring candidates have a quality experience 
  • Drive applicants by working with marketing on digital strategies, hosting in-person events

Experience We’re Looking For 

• Excellent English - written and oral communication 
• Associate's Degree or equivalent, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• Experience interviewing and selecting technical talent 
• Strong in developing and enforcing (light-weight) processes 
• Entrepreneurial mindset: willing to do what it takes - but improve and formalize when necessary
• Excellent with using/recommending digital tools and processes- e.g. Jira, Google Sheets, Trello etc.
• Comfortable with a large variety of individuals, “high bandwidth” communicator
