Survey Programmer

The Survey Programmer will be responsible and take ownership of programming complex surveys and advise internal and external customers on solutions. The Survey Programmer’s responsibilities are to execute and deliver online market research surveys using the Forsta Surveys platform based on client specifications, timing and adhering to high level of quality.

Working hours for this role are 12PM – 8 PM local Belgrade time.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Programming questionnaires using Forsta Surveys, including managing translations and internal and external client reporting
  • Potential additional responsibilities include taking ownership of existing tracker studies
  • Collaborate closely with data team for efficient data processing and investigate data issues 
  • Collaborate closely with Project Management Team to ensure meeting client timing and quality expectations 
  • Testing surveys for accuracy and efficacy
  • Advising internal clients on solutions


A core function of the role will require being proactive and up to speed on industry trends, and integrate or program new survey programming solutions. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes and qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Minimum of 1 year programming experience in Forsta Surveys
  • Programming experience with Python and JavaScript 
  • Education in any of the following fields: analytics, statistics, mathematics, software engineering, marketing, market research 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, as well as Google Suite
  • Willing to learn and communicate new technologies 
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail 
  • Excellent time management skills, able to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously - Superior communication skills 
  • Proactive and self-directed 
  • Strong problem solving skills with a ‘get-it-done’ attitude 
  • Creative and intellectually curious 
  • Works well independently and with teams 

In addition, the following are desirable: 

  • Knowledge of data processing software and tools such as SPSS, Sawtooth, Forsta Surveys Dashboard, Q, R and Tableau 
  • Used or knowledge of survey programming software tools such as Qualtrics, Alchemer (fka SurveyGizmo), Momentive (fka SurveyMonkey) 


Gross Monthly Salary Range

RSD 250,535 - 294,527
