About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our flagship products, reporting directly to our Director, Product. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll:

• Lead the roadmap for Salesline, Cashup, Q Insights, and Star Compliance, ensuring each product delivers measurable impact for customers and the business.
• Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features and product launches, working closely with commercial teams to align delivery with revenue goals.
• Shape the evolution of Salesline’s real-time wage efficiency capabilities, Cashup’s secure reconciliation workflows, Q Insights’ advanced analytics, and Star Compliance’s digital compliance tools to help venues optimise operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality releases.
• Champion Agile best practices and foster continuous improvement across product delivery.

About You:

• 5+ years in product management (SaaS, FinTech, or hospitality tech preferred)
• Proven experience in GTM strategy, commercial delivery, and stakeholder management
• Strong Agile delivery skills
• Data-driven decision-making and technical proficiency (JIRA, analytics tools etc)
• Bonus: Experience with Accounting tech, POS systems, or HR/Payroll platforms like Tanda, Deputy, Employment Hero
