About the Role

Quantum Industrial Services is looking for an HR Generalist / Recruiter who can take ownership of recruiting while supporting day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands the construction or skilled trades industry and knows how to find, attract, and hire the right people in a competitive labor market.


The right person brings strong recruiting experience within construction, industrial services, or skilled trades, along with the ability to support broader HR functions including employee relations, HR programs, and policy support. You’ll work closely with leadership across the company to identify hiring needs, manage the recruiting process from start to finish, and help maintain a strong HR foundation as the company continues to grow.


This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing recruiting priorities with HR generalist responsibilities.


What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing full-cycle recruiting including job postings, sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer support
  • Partnering with department leaders to understand workforce needs and support hiring plans
  • Building pipelines of qualified candidates within construction, industrial services, and skilled trades
  • Maintaining and updating job postings and recruiting documentation
  • Conducting candidate screenings and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
  • Supporting onboarding and assisting with new employee orientation
  • Assisting with employee relations matters including manager guidance and employee concerns
  • Helping interpret and support HR policies and procedures across departments
  • Supporting HR initiatives including performance management and employee engagement programs
  • Assisting with benefits administration and responding to employee HR inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and supporting compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Supporting HR projects and process improvements as the company continues to grow
What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field)
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience with significant involvement in recruiting
  • Experience recruiting in construction, industrial services, or skilled trades strongly preferred
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and recruiting strategies
  • Experience partnering with operational leaders and hiring managers
