About the role:
The Revenue Operations Specialist owns the systems, data, and automation that power Quavo’s marketing engine. This role sits at the intersection of technology, analytics, and strategy, ensuring marketing programs are executed efficiently, data is clean and actionable, and insights are surfaced to drive revenue growth.
You’ll be the go-to expert for Salesforce MCAE (formerly Pardot), Clay, and all marketing automation, segmentation, and AI-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Platform Ownership & Administration
- Own and administer MCAE (Pardot), Clay, and integrated AI/automation tools.
- Design and optimize workflows for lead capture, scoring, nurturing, and routing.
- Maintain seamless integrations with MCAE, Salesforce, GTM Buddy, and other RevTech tools.
- Automation & AI Enablement
- Deploy and manage bots, enrichment tools, and generative AI workflows for campaigns and personalization.
- Automate repetitive marketing tasks while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
- Partner with RevOps and Sales Ops to design AI-driven segmentation and scoring models.
- Data Governance, Segmentation & Intelligence
- Own marketing data hygiene, deduplication, and enrichment processes across all inbound and outbound sources.
- Define, manage, and evolve ICP and persona frameworks, aligning data to firmographics, technographics, and behavioral attributes.
- Leverage Clay, buyer intent data, and predictive AI models to identify and prioritize high-fit accounts in the financial services, fintech, and processor segments.
- Maintain dynamic segmentation logic that enables personalized, scalable campaigns by tier, asset size, and engagement profile.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to continuously refine targeting strategy based on conversion insights, win/loss data, and campaign performance.
- Ensure full compliance with data privacy, opt-in/out, and regulatory guidelines while maintaining best-in-class data standards.
- Insights & Performance Analytics
- Build dashboards and reports that track marketing pipeline impact, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Deliver actionable insights that guide budget allocation and program optimization.
- Support A/B testing and experiment design using Clay insights and MCAE data.
- Collaboration & Strategy
- Partner cross-functionally with RevOps, Sales, and Client Success to ensure alignment across the GTM engine.
- Provide system training and documentation for marketing and GTM stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within the broader Revenue Operations organization.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or related roles
- Proficiency with Salesforce MCAE (Pardot), Clay, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of ICP design, buyer intent data, and persona-based segmentation
- Familiarity with AI-driven enrichment, scoring, and predictive analytics tools
- Strong analytical and technical aptitude; comfortable with CRM data, automation logic, and dashboards
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-forward, high-growth environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in B2B SaaS or fintech
The pay range for this role is:
75,000 - 100,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
