About the role:
This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, compliant software by developing and executing thorough test plans that exceed acceptance criteria across functionality, reliability, performance, and user experience. The individual partners closely with cross-functional teams throughout the full development lifecycle, actively participating in sprint ceremonies, identifying risks early, and monitoring project status to support release readiness. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, creative and end-user-focused testing, and a continuous improvement mindset, with excellent communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with test automation, fintech products, and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Zoho, SharePoint, and PEGA is preferred.
