About the role

  • We are seeking a dynamic and professional account executive to join our audio visual production team, Quest Audio Visual. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with clients, as well as coordinating and overseeing audio visual projects from start to finish.

What you'll do

  • Track Sales activities utilizing Dynamics CRM and our inventory management software solution
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with clients 
  • Coordinate and oversee audio visual projects from start to finish, including managing budgets, schedules, and resources 
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for audio visual projects 
  • Develop and present proposals and contracts to clients 
  • Monitor project progress and report status updates to clients 
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during projects 
  • Assist with the development of new business and the acquisition of new clients 
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for projects
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies
  • Work with the Director of Sales to identify new leads, markets and opportunities

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in preferably in the AV or live events industry.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical understanding of AV equipment and its usage (preferred).
  • Develop and Deliver impactful sales presentations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing tasks
  • Computer Proficient
  • Some travel may be required
