Job Summary
Quility is seeking a UX/UI Designer with 4+ years of experience in designing digital products to lead end-to-end user experience work for our web and mobile applications. In this role, you will own your work from discovery through delivery, participating in user research, defining user flows, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes, and delivering high-fidelity designs that translate complex challenges into simple, intuitive experiences.
You will design user-centered, accessible interfaces, define interaction patterns and guidelines, and use available data to validate and iterate on solutions. Partnering closely with product owners, developers, engineering, architecture, data, customer service, and marketing, you’ll ensure designs are feasible, aligned with business goals, and consistent across products through a shared design system.
You bring strong proficiency in Figma, an analytical and detail-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions and build alignment with stakeholders. You are proactive, process-driven, comfortable working under deadlines on multiple initiatives, and passionate about creating customer-focused experiences. Proven experience in designing digital products is required; a background in Insurtech/Fintech SaaS and working with AI to enhance workflows is a plus.
