Sr. Director of Operations, Lead Marketplace

Job Summary

As Quility prioritizes fortifying the business for long-term scalability and transformation in 2026, this role becomes the programmatic and analytical backbone of the Leads Marketplace; blending program management discipline, data‑driven operational insight, and cross‑functional leadership to ensure strategy, systems, and execution operate in tight alignment.


This position owns the end‑to‑end operational delivery of lead‑related initiatives; transforming strategic objectives into clear requirements, orchestrating cross‑team execution, and monitoring data and system health to drive continuous improvement.


Responsibilities

  • Program Management & Cross‑Functional Delivery:
    • Own the full program lifecycle for all Lead Operations initiatives.
    • Build integrated program plans including milestones, dependencies, and risks.
    • Facilitate cross‑functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Data, QA, Marketing, and Vendors.
    • Define and manage readiness plans and communication cadences.
    • Lead alignment forums, including standups and roadmap syncs.
  • Platform & Systems Operational Ownership:
    • Serve as operational authority for all systems supporting the Leads Marketplace.
    • Identify system gaps, data inconsistencies, and workflow inefficiencies.
    • Partner with technical owners to refine integration and improve scalability.
  • Data Support, Systems Insight & Root‑Cause Analysis:
    • Monitor platform performance using ingestion, allocation, and conversion data.
    • Build validation frameworks to ensure data and system integrity.
    • Partner with Data & BI teams to develop dashboards and reporting.
    • Conduct root‑cause analyses and lead resolution plans.
  • Vendor Leadership & Integration Strategy:
    • Manage operational relationships with vendor partners.
    • Define integration requirements and validate system readiness.
    • Ensure vendor‑sourced data meets quality and compliance standards.
  • Operational Program Governance & Continuous Improvement:
    • Maintain operational roadmaps.
    • Drive standardization, documentation, and automation.
    • Establish governance routines for scalable operational output.
  • Operational Administration & Governance Stewardship:
    • Oversee recurring administrative functions.
    • Manage monthly labor capitalization.
    • Ensure vendor invoices remain accurate and contract‑aligned.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Program Management, Operations, or Product Operations.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to translate strategy into executable plans.
  • Strong analytical and technical fluency.
  • Exceptional communication and documentation skills

Supervisory Responsibility 
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities. However, the role operates at a Director level and partners cross-functionally with internal teams and field leadership.


Work Environment 
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This is largely a sedentary role; however, building access is limited to two sets of stairs and may require lifting or moving objects up to 30 lbs. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work 
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

The pay range for this role is:

130,000 - 170,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
