Job Description:

At Quantum Fulfillment Services, we help organizations bring their custom books to life. As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality books by running and maintaining our finishing equipment. If you have experience in manufacturing or print production and want to build a career in a stable, growth-focused company, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and maintain bookbinding and finishing machines (binders, trimmers, case-in equipment).
• Follow job specifications to ensure every book meets strict quality standards.
• Perform routine machine checks, adjustments, and troubleshooting to reduce downtime.
• Safely move, stage, and handle materials throughout production.
• Work with your team and shift leads to meet daily production and delivery goals.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safety compliant.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years in manufacturing, book production, or assembly line work.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required (technical training a plus).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• English communication skills (reading, writing, and verbal).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable commute to West Windsor, NJ.

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

(Rotating days; shift hours remain consistent)
