4:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m. | Rotating schedule, includes weekends

Looking for your next step in manufacturing leadership? Quantum Fulfillment Services is hiring a Station Leader to help guide our book production team. This hands-on role combines team leadership, problem-solving, and mechanical skills in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain responsibility for assigned station within assembly line
• Keep shifts running smoothly while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
• Coach and train employees while supporting their growth
• Troubleshoot equipment and keep production goals on track

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years leading teams in manufacturing, printing, or fulfillment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with equipment
• Clear communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Bonus: Lean Six Sigma, bilingual English/Spanish
