ABOUT YOU:
As the Marketing and Event Specialist, you are an organized and proactive professional excited to contribute to multifaceted marketing initiatives. With a focus on supporting campaigns, events, and digital platforms, you bring strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset to every project. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you are eager to learn, adapt, and grow while juggling multiple priorities and providing marketing support to drive team success.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Campaign Management:
- Use HubSpot to manage and execute marketing campaigns.
- Maintain audience lists, including performing searches and list refinement.
- Plan and implement email campaigns for Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Clinical Business Managers (CBMs).
- Oversee and optimize texting campaigns for ASMs and PDMs.
Website Management:
- Manage and update our websites to ensure accurate, engaging, and user-friendly content.
Training Portal Management:
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and optimization of training materials and resources within the training portal.
Tradeshow and Event Management:
- Organize and manage all tradeshows and events to support marketing and sales objectives, ensuring effective representation and engagement.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for all tradeshows and events, including vendor communication, budget management, and on-site support.
Performance Analysis:
- Conduct email reporting and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Track and measure the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals.
- Coordinate with sales teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and provide tailored marketing support.
General Support:
- Assist with additional marketing tasks such as social media management, content creation, and project coordination as needed to support the overall strategy.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Certifications in event planning, digital marketing, or HubSpot (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or related roles, ideally in the aesthetics industry.
- Proven experience planning and executing events, tradeshows, or similar logistics-heavy activities.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, marketing tools, processes, and programs to automate processes.
Skills:
- Social media management skills for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook.
- Budget management and negotiation tactics for events or marketing activities.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with team members and customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, attention to detail, with experience managing a multi-faceted role across a remote team.

Availability: Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, with proximity to a major airport.
