ABOUT YOU:

R2’s Clinical Educators are pivotal to our success, driving both clinical excellence and sales growth. In this role, you will not only oversee comprehensive clinical training for our providers and lead device installation, but you will also serve as a trusted advisor and expert resource for our internal teams. Your hands-on approach to clinical and sales education will empower our providers, sales team, and international collaborators to achieve their highest potential. You will play a critical role in evaluating and refining procedural techniques, ensuring that our offerings remain at the forefront of the industry. This role demands a deep clinical understanding, advanced knowledge of the aesthetic industry, and exceptional skills in presentation, communication, and strategic planning.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED):
  • Leads in-field sales and clinical education to providers and their teams, showcasing best practices in system application, procedure techniques, practice marketing, business planning, and account maintenance
  • Evaluates and qualifies new team members for independent customer visits, including onboarding, training, and ongoing Scale to Success management
  • Acts as a liaison between Sales, Training, Product Management, and Clinical Teams, facilitating communication on feedback and procedural enhancements
  • Supports the development of procedural, topical, and system improvements based on global field observations and customer feedback
  • Provides ongoing support to key physicians and providers in the application and utilization of R2 products
  • Serves as a field resource for the sales team and partners, assisting with product and procedure education, system demos, and continuous training
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that commercial training and development align with business objectives and anticipate future needs
  • Assists in resolving clinical complaints as directed by the clinical department
  • Conducts corporate new hire onboarding, ensuring seamless integration into the organization
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree, RN, or Licensed Aesthetician, with experience training/educating internal and external providers
  • 5+ years field sales experience in the aesthetic industry
  • Highly collaborative, with experience creating and executing content and messaging in the aesthetics industry
  • Flexibility to regularly travel to customer sites and industry meetings
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills and strong attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities
  • Proven ability to manage large geographical territory
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • This job is a hybrid role, which includes work performed indoors in a remote office setting as well as traveling (80%) to meet the demand of the Clinical Education Team
  • Ability to sit, stand and/or walk for no less than 8 hours a day
  • Ability to view computer screen for long-durations
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
