ABOUT YOU: 
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Strategic Account Manager to join our growing team! This pivotal role is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our National Accounts, Glacial Ambassadors, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). You will play a key role in ensuring top-tier satisfaction and driving strategic growth within your accounts by delivering tailored, value-driven solutions.
 
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in national account management, especially in managing large chains or franchises. You should be adept at fostering long-term client partnerships and capable of delivering innovative strategies to expand provider loyalty and market reach.

GENERAL FOCUS:
  • Account Management & Growth: Onboard, train, manage, expand, and enhance relationships with National Accounts, Glacial Ambassadors, and KOLs, acting as their ongoing advisor and advocate.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with business objectives, driving account growth and market expansion.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the highest level of customer service by addressing client needs proactively and delivering value-added solutions that increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver cohesive solutions and enhance the customer experience.
  • Insights & Reporting: Provide regular updates on account performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior leadership and leverage data to drive decisions and improve service offerings.
  • Training & Education: Provide and oversee all training and support initiatives that enhance client knowledge, engagement, and adoption of our treatments and solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • RN or Licensed Aesthetician preferred but not required.
Experience
  • 5+ years in national account management, ideally in the aesthetics or medical device industry.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and meet business goals.
Skills
  • Strong clinical knowledge and industry awareness.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in remote work, vendor coordination, and tech platforms like Salesforce and Azure.
  • Ability to manage large territories and travel up to 90% and live within 1 hour of an international airport with direct flights to major cities.
