ABOUT YOU:
As the National Sales Manager, you will oversee and drive the performance of the capital sales team and post sales teams across all territories, ensuring the achievement of revenue, growth, and utilization targets. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic sales and account management initiatives, optimizing team performance, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the ASM and CBM Team to exceed individual and team targets and quota.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance product knowledge, customer engagement, and closing techniques.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales & Marketing and Director of Practice Development to define sales targets and strategies.
- Drive growth by analyzing customer needs and market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize existing client relationships.
- Oversee regional and national sales forecasts, utilization numbers, budgets, Salesforce optimization, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and prospects nationwide.
- Support the sales team in negotiating and closing high-value deals.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and internal departments to resolve challenges and streamline processes.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Performance Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze sales data to evaluate progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Leverage Salesforce and other tools to maintain accurate reporting and data-driven decision-making.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with marketing to optimize lead generation and align sales campaigns with business objectives and operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
- Share market insights to drive product improvements and enhance customer engagement strategies.
Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of managing national sales/ post sales team in the MedTech industry.
- Relevant certifications (Sales Management or Leadership programs) are a plus.
Skills:
- Exceptional industry knowledge, sales understanding, presentation skills, and business acumen.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with team members and customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, attention to detail, with experience managing across a remote team.
- Experience with Salesforce, marketing tools, processes, and programs to automate processes.

Availability: Willing to travel up to 85%, with proximity to a major airport.
