Are you a hands-on builder who enjoys turning data and AI into practical, scalable solutions?

We are seeking a Director of AI Strategy & Data Governance to help move our organization from experimenting with AI to operating it in a repeatable, trusted, and value-driven way. This role is focused on designing and delivering AI-enabled solutions that improve how teams work, how decisions are made, and how data is leveraged across the business.

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of our AI roadmap while establishing pragmatic data governance practices that support—not slow down—innovation. You’ll work closely with Software, IT, Product, and business teams to identify high-impact use cases, build and deploy solutions, and create the structures needed to scale AI responsibly over time.

This is a builder-oriented role for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, enjoys getting their hands dirty, and thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and enablement. Success will be measured not by decks or policies, but by delivered outcomes, trusted data, and AI capabilities that teams actually use.
