ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in reviewing and analyzing contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• support the preparation and maintenance of compliance documentation and records to be loaded into Radian Digital
• Conduct initial reviews of contract modifications and amendments.
• Provide administrative support to the Implementation team, including data entry and other Ad hoc support.
• Participate in Implementation training sessions and workshops.
• Communicate with internal departments to gather necessary information for Implementation purposes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION

• B.E or B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from a reputed institution with 2 years of related experience.
• Renewal Energy (Solar) Experience preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills
• Focused interest in reading contracts
• Understanding of solar energy systems is an added advantage
• Able to follow written and verbal directions
• Attention to detail
• Able to work as part of a team

REQUIRED SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

• Expertise in MS Office MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) and Adobe PDF toolsets
• Basic knowledge in Implementation specific tool sets

• Experience in Implementation
• Experience with a U.S. based company
