JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Web Coordinator to manage, update, and enhance Radian Generation’s web presence across our corporate and solution websites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending design, analytics, and optimization. The Web Coordinator will ensure that our websites effectively showcase our brand, generate leads, and rank prominently for key industry search terms. The ideal candidate has a passion for digital design, a strong grasp of SEO and SEM best practices, and the ability to apply analytical insights to improve visibility, performance, and user experience.
Role and Responsibilities
· Manage updates to company websites (currently using WordPress and Elementor), ensuring content accuracy, design consistency, and optimal performance.
· Support SEO/SEM initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, metadata management, backlink review, and performance monitoring.
· Conduct regular competitor and search ranking analyses to identify opportunities for improved visibility and ranking.
· Collaborate with the design team to enhance UX/UI, maintaining consistent branding and user experience across all digital channels.
· Manage or support paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads), including setup, tracking, and reporting.
· Implement basic HTML/CSS edits and troubleshoot front-end issues as needed.
· Monitor and analyze website traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
· Support lead generation and campaign alignment through optimized landing pages, calls-to-action, and conversion tracking.
· Ensure website compliance with accessibility and performance standards.
· Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
· Assist with problem resolution and cross-team digital marketing projects.
Required Qualification & Education
· 2-4 years of professional experience in Web Design and SEO/SEM management
· Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills
· University Degree
· Mexican Passport and US Travel Visa
Required Skills & Competencies
· Demonstrated expertise in SEO/SEM strategy and execution, including keyword research, metadata management, content optimization, and performance tracking.
· Proficiency in WordPress and Elementor, with the ability to design, publish, and maintain complex site content and layouts.
· Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end troubleshooting.
· Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and ability to collaborate with designers to improve user experience and conversion performance.
· Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO monitoring tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret website and campaign data to make actionable recommendations.
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as perfect grammar and command of the English language.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate with minimal supervision.
Required Software Knowledge
· WordPress and Elementor, including advanced content management, plugin configuration, and page layout design.
· Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads, with the ability to build dashboards and analyze performance data.
· SEO toolsets such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz for keyword tracking and competitive analysis.
· Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF tools for documentation and content collaboration.
· Project management software (e.g., Monday.com) for workflow tracking and coordination.
· Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), or similar marketing automation tools, for campaign alignment and lead tracking.
Preferred Experience
· 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing websites or digital marketing programs with measurable SEO/SEM results.
· Proven success implementing A/B testing and conversion optimization strategies for landing pages and campaigns.
· Experience integrating web content with marketing automation or CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, or equivalent).
· Familiarity with accessibility, page performance optimization, and technical SEO best practices.
· Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, content, and marketing teams.
· Background in the renewable energy, utilities, or technology industries a plus.
· Experience with a U.S. based company.
Physical requirements
· Willingness and ability to travel (up to 5% of time for company meetings).
