As an Account Executive, you will engage with SMBs, demonstrating the value of RADICL’s innovative cybersecurity platform, fostering relationships, and driving sales. While directly building your pipeline is not required, prior experience in doing so would be an added advantage.

As a RADICL Account Executive you will:

  • Own the Mission: You represent RADICL’s commitment to protecting high-value organizations and advancing cybersecurity for the SMB market. 
  • Lead with Integrity: You act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, ensuring every interaction reflects transparency, accountability, and excellence.  
  • You Drive Results: You take ownership of your pipeline, consistently deliver against targets, and help expand RADICL’s market presence through execution and discipline.  
  • You Build Partnerships: You collaborate across teams and with MSPs to deliver unmatched security outcomes, creating long-term value for every client engagement.  
  • You Champion Growth: You invest in your own development and contribute to a culture of learning, innovation, and high performance.  
     

Your skillset/experience must include:  

  • Cybersecurity Sales to SMBs: Proven success selling cybersecurity solutions to small and mid-sized businesses by understanding their unique challenges, budget constraints, and risk profiles.  
  • Partner & Channel Go-to-Market: Demonstrated experience selling with and through MSPs (Managed Service Providers) through building trust, driving joint pipeline, and executing co-selling motions. 
  • Sales Execution & Consistency: A strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a competitive B2B environment, with disciplined forecasting and deal management. 
  • Value-Based Selling: Expertise in consultative, outcome-driven sales by positioning solutions that align cybersecurity strategy with measurable business outcomes.  
  • Systems-Driven Mindset: A methodical, process-oriented approach to achieving results by leveraging data, CRM discipline, and repeatable playbooks to scale success.

Compensation and Benefits   

  • Base Salary: $110,000-$120,000, depending on experience.   
  • Commission: Uncapped, with accelerators for exceptional performance.   
  • Equity: Stock options to share in RADICL’s long-term growth and success.

About the Workplace

At RADICL, we prioritize our culture and believe the strongest teams are built through daily, side-by-side collaboration and experiential sharing. We also value individual freedom and flexibility. For this reason, we have a hybrid work model. As a team, we are in office M/W/Th with work-from-home on Tuesdays and Fridays. For remote positions, periodic travel to Boulder will be expected to participate in company events and meaningful side-by-side collaboration opportunities.
