About the role
Location: Remote (U.S. preferred) or Hybrid
We are seeking a Director of Content to lead and execute the company’s end-to-end content strategy across all buyer-facing touchpoints. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for shaping narrative, owning execution, and ensuring content materially supports revenue generation in a complex B2B cybersecurity SaaS environment.
The Director of Content will manage agencies and contractors, but will also personally write, edit, and ship content. This role reports directly to the CEO and operates as a core member of the go-to-market leadership team.
The role is structured around four primary pillars of responsibility: Website, Social Media Marketing, Sales & Channel Selling Tools, and Nurture Operations & Outbound Sales Support.

As a RADICL Director of Content, you will:
1. Website Ownership
- Own the company website end-to-end as a strategic GTM asset.
- Define and maintain information architecture, page structure, and content hierarchy.
- Lead messaging and positioning across homepage, solution pages, and use-case content.
- Partner with product, demand generation, and sales leadership to convert interest into pipeline.
- Continuously evolve site content based on ICP and GTM motion.
- Ensure clarity, credibility, and technical accuracy.
2. Social Media Marketing & Employee Advocacy
- Own organic social media strategy and execution.
- Define content formats, cadence, and editorial calendar.
- Personally write and edit social content.
- Manage employee advocacy platform and program.
- Amplify executive and SME thought leadership.
- Reinforce trust and authority in the cybersecurity market.
3. Sales & Channel Selling Tools
- Own sales and partner enablement materials.
- Develop decks, one-pagers, whitepapers, and collateral.
- Support full-funnel sales execution.
- Align materials with buyer objections and deal stages.
- Ensure usability and adoption by sales and partners.
4. Nurture Operations & Outbound Sales Support
- Own marketing nurture operations across the full buyer lifecycle.
- Design, maintain, and continuously evolve nurture programs aligned to ICPs, personas, and deal stages.
- Create email, sequence, and campaign content that supports inbound nurture and outbound sales motions.
- Partner closely with BDRs, AEs, and RevOps to support outbound prospecting and follow-up campaigns.
- Use performance data and feedback from sellers to iterate and improve campaign effectiveness.
5. AI Champion & Content Operations Scaling
The Director of Content is expected to operate as an internal AI champion, proactively leveraging artificial intelligence to accelerate content creation, improve quality, and scale the content function efficiently.
- Actively adopt and experiment with AI tools to accelerate writing, editing, research, and ideation.
- Design AI-enabled workflows that increase content velocity without sacrificing accuracy or credibility.
- Apply AI to content repurposing across website, social, sales enablement, and nurture channels.
- Use AI to support personalization, segmentation, and message variation.
- Drive operational scale by reducing manual effort and dependency on external resources through AI.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 8–12+ years in content or content marketing roles.
- Experience in cybersecurity or complex B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated experience supporting sales-led and outbound GTM motions.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI to accelerate content development and delivery.
- Strong hands-on writing and editing skills.
- Experience owning website, social, sales enablement, and nurture content.
- Experience managing agencies and contractors.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led startup.
- Proactive, aggressive adopter of new tools and technologies.

The pay range for this role is:
