About the role

 We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to manage and support our enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Conditional Access Policies, Palo Alto Firewalls, Desktop Administration (Windows and MacOS), and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies. This role is critical to ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable IT operations across the organization.

As a RADICL IT Admin, you will:

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. 
  • Manage Intune for device compliance, application deployment, and endpoint security. 
  • Design, implement, and monitor Conditional Access Policies to enforce secure access controls. 
  • Configure and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls, including rule sets, VPNs, and threat prevention features. 
  • Provide desktop support and administration for Windows and MacOS environments. 
  • Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) across the business’s applications 
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of IT systems and services. 
  • Deploy and manage an ITSM system. 
  • Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge base. 

 

Your skillset/experience should include: 

  • Proven experience in IT administration with a focus on M365 enterprise environments. 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Intune administration. 
  • Experience with Conditional Access Policies and identity management. 
  • Hands-on expertise with Palo Alto Firewalls and network security. 
  • Proficiency in desktop support and endpoint management. 
  • Familiarity with SSO technologies and federated identity systems. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities. 
  • Relevant certifications are a plus. 


About the Workplace

For this reason, we have a hybrid work model. As a team, we are in office M/W/Th with work-from-home on Tuesdays and Fridays. For remote positions, periodic travel to Boulder will be expected to participate in company events and meaningful side-by-side collaboration opportunities.

The pay range for this role is:

80,000 - 95,000 USD per year (Boulder, CO)
