About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized Chief of Staff with strong program management expertise to partner directly with our CEO. This role is designed for a rising leader eager to step into an operational leadership position at a high-growth SaaS cybersecurity company.
The Chief of Staff will serve as both a strategic thought partner and the enterprise program manager, ensuring our company planning processes run smoothly and our teams deliver on commitments. This is an opportunity to work closely with the CEO and executive team, influencing decisions, driving execution, and learning how to scale a business.
Given our AI-first orientation, we are especially seeking a candidate who brings a passion for applying AI to business analysis and driving AI leverage across the company. This leader should possess strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to use AI tooling and APIs to integrate datasets and deliver insights that fuel smarter decisions and operational excellence.

As a RADICL (Chief of Staff & Enterprise Project Manager), you will:
Enterprise PMO Leadership
· Own quarterly planning, OKR setting, and company-wide sprint planning processes.
· Serve as the central “program manager” across the company—standardizing project management, monitoring execution, and ensuring accountability for deliverables.
· Track and report progress against key initiatives, escalating risks and bottlenecks.
· Establish and refine operating cadences (executive meetings, board prep, all-hands, planning cycles).
· Plan and drive board meeting cadence.
· Work with CEO, executive team and finance to synthesis and prepare board materials
· Support CEO in managing investor relationships and communications.
· Partner with the CEO on special projects—often involving data analysis, market research, or operational problem-solving.
· Apply AI-driven methods to business analysis, leveraging AI tools and APIs to combine datasets and generate actionable insights.
· Help champion the company’s AI-first orientation, helping drive AI adoption across business processes and decision-making.
· Prepare executive-level communications, dashboards, and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
· Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, surfacing issues, synthesizing options, and recommending solutions.
· Manage the CEO’s schedule and priorities to ensure time is spent on the highest-impact areas.
· Provide administrative support to lighten the CEO’s load (inbox management, travel coordination, meeting prep, personal tasks).
Your skillset/experience should include:·
· 5–7 years of experience, ideally with 2–4 years in management consulting at a top-tier firm (PwC, EY, Deloitte, BCG, McKinsey, Bain, etc.) and/or operational experience in a high-growth SaaS company.
· Proven track record in project/program management and strategic problem solving.
· Strong analytical and technical skills, with demonstrable experience using AI tooling, APIs, and data platforms to integrate and analyze business data.
· Passion for applying AI to real-world business problems and advancing an AI-first company culture.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Exceptional MS Powerpoint skills, creating high impact decks with clear and concise articulation.
· Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and bring order to complexity.
· Comfortable with rapid context shifting and flexing between strategic projects and tactical execution
