About The Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our vibrant team in San Francisco. This role requires an individual who is enthusiastic, fosters effective teamwork, builds cross-functional relationships within the company, and is prepared to be proactive in the development of a company poised to lead the commercial real estate sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various and multiple construction projects in the San Francisco area and ensuring their successful delivery.

What You'll Do

  • 4-days in our San Francisco office
  • Support transaction activity as needed
  • Manage all aspects of construction project management, including aligning project with lease obligations, budgeting, scheduling, design, construction, and closeout.
  • Leads project team of contractors, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project success.
  • Review vendor contracts and monthly invoicing.
  • Develop and maintain project management plans and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing issues as they arise.
  • Develop, update and manage overall project budgets and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Leads projects independently or works as part of internal project teams, based on scale.
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact.
  • Ensure effective communication with project team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure timely and accurate project updates.
  • Sets agendas and leads project meetings.
  • Tracks deliverables and oversees construction administration process.
  • Participate in business development and networking opportunities.
  • Develops and executes project proposals.
  • Supports projects across the Bay Area and other geographies as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ Years of relevant project management experience within commercial real estate
  • Knowledge of design and construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
  • Experience building and managing project budgets and schedules.
  • Understanding of and proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Self-directed with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

The pay range for this role is:
