Rallyware has recently acquired Myagi, a fully remote SaaS business on a mission to connect the world’s leading brands (Nike, Gibson, Casio, and Giant) with third-party sellers and their retail employers responsible for selling their products to consumers. Myagi enables these brands to build advocacy, collect valuable feedback, and ultimately drive sell-through and improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Engineering team to test and monitor system integrity;
  • Design and implement build, deployment, and configuration management;
  • Build and test automation tools for infrastructure provisioning;
  • Monitor performance metrics and develop ways to improve;
  • Build, maintain, and monitor configuration standards;
  • Document and design various processes, including revising existing processes;
  • Improve infrastructure development and application development;
  • Implement and maintain high-load and high-availability infrastructure;
  • Setup, manage, and improve cloud environments based on business and engineering needs;
  • Actively participate in architecting and automation of CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of DevOps experience preferably with B2B/enterprise solutions;
  • Substantial experience working with Linux-based solutions;
  • Knowledge of cloud solutions, proven experience with AWS is required;
  • Experience with AWS container orchestration services: ECS, EKS;
  • Experience with IaC tools, preferably Terraform;
  • Proficiency in either Python or Golang, along with shell scripting;
  • Good knowledge of the latest industry trends;
  • Good understanding of network topologies, common protocols, and services;
  • Working knowledge of various monitoring tools (Kibana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, etc.);
  • Experience with configuration management using Ansible, Puppet, or an equivalent;
  • Excellent working knowledge of best practices and IT operations in supporting demanding, scalable, always-up, always-available production environments;
  • Familiarity with Docker;
  • Working experience with CI/CD tools;
  • Intermediate English level.
