Rallyware has recently acquired Myagi, a fully remote SaaS business on a mission to connect the world’s leading brands (Nike, Gibson, Casio, and Giant) with third-party sellers and their retail employers responsible for selling their products to consumers. Myagi enables these brands to build advocacy, collect valuable feedback, and ultimately drive sell-through and improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Executives to visually tailor the Rallyware platform for prospects, ensuring relevance to their brand, industry, and goals;
  • Plan, configure, and design personalized demo environments that address specific customer needs and use case;
  • Support the Enablement Team by designing and configuring training experiences that demonstrate the platform’s full capabilities;
  • Create demo assets that showcase typical user journeys and functionality across Rallyware’s solutions;
  • Partner with Marketing and Customer Success teams to share best practices, provide use case insights, and align on storytelling;
  • Contribute to pre-sales support and occasionally assist in post-sales efforts when configuration or content expertise is needed;
  • Be a flexible, proactive team player, ready to assist across Enablement, Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services teams as needed.

Qualifications

  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken);
  • Prior experience in sales or a sales-adjacent role is a strong plus;
  • Proficiency with visual design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms;
  • Technical background or strong technical aptitude, particularly in SaaS environments;
  • Familiarity with image editing and video creation tools; basic video editing and photo retouching skills
  • A keen eye for visual detail and user-centered design;
  • Enthusiasm for configuration work and platform customization;
  • Basic copywriting skills and ability to write clearly for diverse audiences.
