About the role

Raydiant is looking for a goal-oriented Channel Sales Manager to help grow the Raydiant channel partners ecosystem and achieve channel set goals. The role will be focused on growing the channel partners reseller portfolio, supporting the company’s ongoing sales and growth opportunities by providing channel sales support to a portfolio of assigned partners or customers.

The Channel Manager (CM) will be responsible for winning, onboarding, maintaining, and expanding relations with channel partners in the US and overseas. The CM will be responsible for understanding the overall sales strategy and implementing the necessary tactics to grow sales revenue. The CM represents the entire range of company products and services to partners in order to achieve partner recruitment and sales objectives.


This role is located in our San Francisco HQ office and is expected to be in four days a week.

What you'll do

    • Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners

    • Prospecting, qualifying, proactively recruiting and on-boarding channel partners within Raydiant’s Ideal Partner Profile 

    • Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources

    • Be able to forecast monthly sales revenue and achieve sales goals and KPIs set by management 

    • Channel sales manager will help manage all partners with a focus on creating yearly and quarterly channel plans 

    • Be able to travel and meet channel partners, to conduct presentations and live demos of the product

    • Channel sales manager will focus on training Raydiant partners on effective methods for selling, using the partner portal and using Raydiant’s product

    • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts

    • Channel sales manager will build an excellent relationship with channel partners and have a focus on retaining sophisticated partners while coaching inexperienced Raydiant partners on the best sales practices

    • Channel sales manager will create monthly sales reports and communicate channel partners monthly commission to them in coordination with the finance department

    • Own the management of the channel PRM

    • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations

What We're Looking For

    • At least 3-5 years experience in channel sales, preferably within a SaaS product line

    • Self driven with the motivation to go the extra mile with a positive "can-do" attitude

    • Excellent communication and relationship-building relationship skills; you like to negotiate and to achieve targets

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

    • Strong software and new technology awareness

    • Proficient with Salesforce

    • You'e able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with a hands-on attitude

    • Open-minded and can react to change with agility

    • Entrepreneur mindset and are not afraid to take appropriate initiatives

    • You are a quick and autonomous learner

    • You are approachable, honest, and a fun team player
