About the role

Our team is great, but you can help make it better. 


As the Retention Manager at Raydiant, you will play a pivotal role in proactively identifying opportunities to drive the retention of our customer base. Leveraging advanced segmentation tools and targeting capabilities, you will gain valuable insights and trends to develop new offer strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Revenue, Operations, and Finance to uncover opportunities for mitigating churn.


This role is located in our San Francisco HQ office and is expected to be in four days a week

What you'll do

  • Analyzing market conditions, trends, KPI reports, executive guidance, and conducting ad hoc data warehouse research to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for Raydiant

  • Providing feedback to partner organizations to enhance existing base management capabilities and develop new ones

  • Interpreting competitive information from a broad industry perspective, drawing intelligent conclusions, and providing strategic and tactical assessments

  • Designing comprehensive targeting strategies to optimize churn mitigation campaigns

  • Creating presentations to effectively communicate these strategies and their alignment with broader business objectives

  • Leveraging your experience and business knowledge to develop annual marketing promotional roadmaps and guide the strategy and execution of key marketing programs

  • Managing projects from concept to execution and conducting retrospective analysis

  • Collaborating with AI and Business Intelligence teams to develop, manage, maintain, and monitor new tools that improve audience creation, targeting, and offer development

  • Addresses client questions, assesses the client's financial needs, educates on relevant product benefits and provides appropriate solutions while advocating for the organization's products and services

  • Receives inbound call transfers from the NCC of clients that are at risk of leaving and/or clients interested in learning more about and engaging with the organization's advisory services

  • Performs outreach calls to identified retention clients while adhering to stated service level agreements

  • Refers clients to the most appropriate advised solution based on client complexity and need for engagement, advice and retention

  • Communicates and educates internal business partners on process updates and cross training

  • Participates in proactive outreach campaigns and/or pilot programs, as necessary


What We're Looking For 

  • Four to six years of relevant work experience 

  • Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and delivering presentations

  • Proficiency working within the Google Suite products

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly

  • Strong understanding and familiarity with large data sets and relational databases

  • Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify unique solutions to complex challenges

  • Strategic mindset and ability to think critically

  • Strong business and financial acumen, with a belief in data-driven decision-making

  • Ability to provide both a business perspective and a deep understanding of the marketplace, going beyond theory and numbers

  • Skill in presenting data and insights in a clear and actionable manner

  • Initiative-taking attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to independently manage concurrent projects to timely completion
