FULL STACK DEVELOPER

OVERVIEW

React Digital seeks a developer to help implement robust digital solutions for Fortune 500 brands. This role is responsible for converting dynamic designs into robust digital user experiences, solving complex problems, and leveraging multiple technologies across the development process. This position will strongly emphasize back-end technologies and work in tandem with other front-end developers and designers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Chemistry is looking for someone with a combination of programming skills—namely ASP.Net MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript—and the ability to adapt to new technologies. Attention to detail, adaptability, multitasking, and teamwork are key to thriving in this role.

NEED TO HAVE

• Experience in building websites in ASP.NET back-end. Fluent in C#.
• 3-5 years of experience with web development and backend technology—ASP.NET C#.
• 3+ years of experience working with an off-the-shelf CMS system.
• Fluent in HTML, JavaScript, Jquery, Ajax, CSS.
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., Optimizely/Episerver, Umbraco, Kentico, Sitecore, Drupal).
• Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome Inspector, etc.
• Database experience for using content management systems (MSSQL).
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, and multitask across many assignments.
• The ability to creatively solve problems as well as adjust to shifting priorities
• A passion for technology, innovation, and consumer-centered design.
• Positive and collaborative attitude.

NICE TO HAVE

• Optimizely CMS experience.
• Adobe Experience Manager experience.
• Dev-Ops pipeline experience.
• Experience working in an Interactive/Marketing/Advertising Company.
• The Essential Duties:
• Design, code, and debug web-based applications—back-end and front-end. C# and ASP.Net.
• Provide technical leadership and direction on projects with both internal and client teams.
• Implement new features and functionality.
• Establish and guide the website’s architecture while understanding APIs and interacting with web services.
• Help to convert full-page designs into templates and components for implementation into content management systems.
• Integrate templates into various content management systems on the ASP.Net side: Optimizely/Episerver, Umbraco, Kentico, and Sitecore.
• Develop and maintain marketing and internal web applications, web content
• Operate as a technical lead, working with project/account managers and designers to determine business needs.
