About the Role

As an Account Manager – Key Accounts, you’ll be at the heart of our client relationships — sustaining partnerships, unlocking new opportunities, and delivering solutions that create measurable business value.

This is not just an account management role - it’s your chance to become a trusted advisor to some of the world’s most forward-thinking companies, helping them evolve with the power of AI and automation.

 

In this role, you’ll:

  • Build deep, trusted relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Understand business drivers and translate them into creative, data-driven solutions.
  • Lead and grow strategic accounts, identifying new opportunities and driving a strong business pipeline.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with solution architects, product managers, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Proactively resolve challenges, turning feedback into innovation and stronger partnerships.

 

What success looks like...

  • Building trusted relationships that lead to new projects, renewals, and long-term partnerships.
  • Driving continuous improvement by evolving how we engage, deliver, and innovate with clients - across resource management, renewals, pipeline, and other key areas - leveraging feedback to optimize results.

 

 What you bring…

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, ideally in telecom or technology.
  • A proven ability to build and grow client relationships based on trust and delivery excellence.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • A passion for innovation and technology - and for helping clients achieve more.
