This foundational position is vital for propelling the sales of our life and health insurance products. As an integral team member, you’ll thrive in an energetic and swift-moving environment while maintaining our fundamental principle of integrity in serving our clients.
This position is based in our Dallas, TX corporate office.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with prospects to identify their insurance needs.
- Skillfully negotiate and finalize agreements with prospective clients.
- Regularly monitor and document sales activities to achieve set goals.
Qualifications
- Possession of a current Texas Life & Health Insurance License is required.
- Motivated individuals embarking on a career in insurance sales.
- Willingness and natural aptitude for engaging with clients.
- Proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation
- Unlimited Commission Structure (Avg. First Year earnings 75K-100K)
