About The Role

Realm Health is seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to join our team on a salaried, full-time basis. In this role, you will oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards of quality, within scope, on time, and within budget. Your ability to collaborate across departments, maintain impeccable attention to detail, and leverage your project management expertise will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success. This position requires at least 4 years of relevant experience.

What You'll Do

• Plan, organize, and manage project workflows to meet deliverables and business goals.
• Coordinate project activities across teams, departments, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are executed within scope.
• Engage with stakeholders to define project requirements and resolve issues as they arise.
• Track and analyze project performance, providing detailed reports to the Executive team.
• Continuously assess risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Foster collaboration and clear communication between team members and leadership.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to organizational guidelines.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management or a related role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling cross-departmental collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
