Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative at Rearc, you will play a crucial role in growing our cloud, data, and machine learning consulting services. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging new sales leads, supporting client needs, and driving revenue growth through collaboration with account managers and sales engineers. This role focuses on building relationships with key stakeholders, qualifying opportunities, and aligning Rearc’s solutions to meet client goals within various industries.


The Pursuit

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) at Rearc is the critical piece of the sales journey that brings together Databricks, AWS and our customers. You will be tasked to identify new business opportunities through your own prospecting and collaboration with Databricks and AWS sellers. We’re looking for driven, self-starters, interested in joining a growing sales organization with significant career growth potential. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, motivated to take any action to lock down a meeting, but will take an analytical and data-driven approach when doing so. 

We’re looking for ISRs who want to be part of a winning team and understand teamwork. By working with the Account Executive, the ISR will be responsible for more than just breaking into new accounts. Additional sales activities will include attending customer meetings, Databricks and AWS offices, weekly partner AE meetings, and more.

What will you be doing day to day?

  • Generate leads that result in new business for Rearc and our Partners

  • Focus on creating, sharing, and running prospecting campaigns independently and in partnership with partners Inside Sales teams

  • Qualify leads from personal outbound campaigns, marketing, inbound, and partners

  • Understand customer needs and solutions

  • Present and deliver information to customers and our partners

  • Maintain up-to-date information in Salesforce

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in an inside sales or sales support role, preferably in technology or consulting services.

  • Commitment to execution and accountability 

  • Enthusiastic and "entrepreneurial" approach 

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Databricks is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across different levels.

  • Skilled at working closely with sales engineers and technical leads to understand customer needs.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing sales strategies and maintain resilience in achieving goals.

  • Basic understanding of cloud technologies and data services, and a willingness to learn about cloud consulting and infrastructure.

The pay range for this role is:

130,000 - 160,000 USD per year (NomadWorks: Virtual Office)
