We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help shape how we bring our AI, data, and cybersecurity capabilities to market. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market, and is ideal for someone who understands how to translate complex technical solutions into clear, compelling messaging for enterprise customers. You’ll take ownership of our brand, website, and content strategy, helping us better communicate the value of what we build and drive a stronger go-to-market motion across our offerings.

What You Bring
● Experience in marketing or B2B marketing within data, AI, analytics, cloud, or cybersecurity
● Background working with consulting or professional services businesses (preferred)
● Strong understanding of enterprise technology and technical concepts
● Experience working with or marketing to the US market
● Ability to create clear messaging and positioning for complex technical solutions
● Hands-on experience with:
○ Website content and structure
○ Blogs, thought leadership, and case studies
○ Branding and messaging frameworks
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● A methodical, structured approach to marketing and storytelling
● Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup-style environment

What You'll Do
● Define and refine messaging and positioning for our AI, data, and cybersecurity offerings
● Own and evolve our website content, ensuring it reflects our latest capabilities
● Create and manage thought leadership content (blogs, articles, case studies, etc.)
● Establish and maintain branding guidelines across all channels
● Support and drive go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for new services and capabilities
● Work closely with engineering and leadership to translate technical solutions into business value
● Help build a consistent and credible market presence across digital channels
● Identify opportunities to improve how we communicate, package, and sell our services


Your first few weeks at Rearc will be spent in an immersive learning environment where our team will help you get up to speed. Within the first few months, you’ll have the opportunity to experiment with a lot of different tools as you find your place on the team.
