ROLE SUMMARY

As a Returns & Quality Coordinator at Rebel Athletic, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for all remake and rework order requests — managing each case from end to end with accuracy, urgency, and clear communication. You’ll sit at the intersection of product quality, operations, and cross-functional coordination, partnering with Sales, Accounting, Design, and fulfillment teams to keep every case moving and every stakeholder informed.

This is not a purely administrative role. Product judgment and quality assessment are core to daily decision-making. You’ll evaluate returned garments against tech packs and production specs, assess factory-side root causes, and make informed calls on remake vs. rework feasibility — requiring a working knowledge of apparel construction, quality standards, and custom manufacturing processes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, takes pride in closing the loop, and knows how to navigate a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.

This is a full-time position based at Rebel Athletic’s headquarters in Carrollton, TX with a hybrid schedule of three days per week in office.
