About This Role

Job responsibilities of the Speciality Clinical Lead may include, but are not limited to:

Conducting individual clinical advising meetings (CAMs) with therapists during their onboarding training at Rebound, following a structured syllabus to provide instruction in evidence-based treatment for one or more of the following diagnostic categories:

  • PTSD
  • Anxiety Disorders
  • Depressive Disorders
  • Leading a weekly disorder-specific Consultation Group
  • Ongoing training from and collaboration with expert Specialty Treatment Consultants
  • Monitoring Slack and email to answer questions about the specialty treatment as a primary point of contact for this treatment
  • Joining sessions to assist with specialty treatment for challenging presentations
  • Providing direct, constructive feedback to therapists in specialty training following CAMs
  • Developing and adjusting ongoing curriculum for clinical advising process
  • Participate in weekly advising team meetings
  • Work with therapists to ensure excellent specialty treatment outcomes

Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year as a therapist with NOCD/Rebound
  • Completion of NOCD’s prolonged exposure (PE) training program and demonstrated success treating PTSD at NOCD/Rebound
  • Has demonstrated excellent clinical skills as evidenced by metrics, surveys, etc. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule
  • (Previous clinical supervision and/or teaching experience preferred, but not required)

Clinical hour expectations for the Specialty Clinical Advisors will depend upon the training demand for each specialty clinical condition. As a result, Independent Contractors are welcome to apply, but would be asked to move into a Full-Time position if selected for this role.

Compensation: This position is considered a lateral move for internal candidates, and selected employees will maintain their current base compensation structure.


Incentive Note: While you remain eligible for bonuses, please be aware that the reduced clinical utilization hours may impact the ability to reach specific high-volume clinical multipliers. Clinicians in this role are eligible for team-based bonuses tied to program participation and performance (e.g., enrollments, outcomes, etc.)
