Strategic Finance Leader | FP&A | Systems Modernization | Multi-Entity Ministry Environment
Redeemer is seeking a Director of Finance to serve as a senior strategic finance leader across six churches and Redeemer City to City. This role functions as the organization’s forward-facing finance leader, responsible for financial planning, forecasting, systems modernization, automation, and cross-functional partnership. We are seeking an individual who can operate with a strong sense of urgency and is extremely responsive. The ideal candidate is a strong leader and problem solver, with the ability to implement change and new solutions through automation and technologies to address inefficiencies.
The Director of Finance will work closely with executive leadership, ministry leaders, HR, IT, operations, and boards to translate financial data into mission-aligned strategy and build scalable financial systems that support growth, stewardship, and long-term sustainability.
