Job Description

Redesign is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of infrastructure and technology initiatives for enterprise clients. This role is responsible for coordinating projects across engineering teams and customer stakeholders to ensure implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.


This position supports a variety of initiatives including professional services engagements, infrastructure implementations, and managed services onboarding. Projects may range from short-term deployments to multi-month engagements across complex IT environments. What You'll Do

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop project plans, assign responsibilities, and coordinate delivery across engineering, project coordination, and client stakeholders
  • Review sales documentation and project scope to ensure alignment between project delivery and customer expectations
  • Facilitate project kickoff meetings with clients to communicate scope, timelines, communication cadence, and delivery strategy
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and milestones to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure and services engagements
  • Conduct structured internal and customer-facing meetings aligned with project complexity and milestones
  • Coordinate project planning and hardware delivery with the Project Coordinator and engineering teams
  • Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery timelines
  • Provide consistent project status updates to internal stakeholders and customers
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure records are updated throughout the project lifecycle
  • Contribute to improving project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to support Redesign’s continued growth

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience managing or coordinating technical projects in IT infrastructure, MSP, or enterprise technology environments
  • Foundational understanding of infrastructure technologies such as networking, virtualization, server platforms, and security systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate across technical teams while maintaining a strong client experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience working with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Jira, or similar tools
  • PMP certification or progress toward certification
  • Previous experience supporting infrastructure, data center, or managed services projects

80,000 - 110,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
