About the Position
As the Executive Assistant you will support the Executive Director’s day-to-day activities, ensuring they remain focused on the big picture while staying connected to donors, board members, filmmakers, staff, and other key stakeholders. This role also provides essential administrative support to the development team, assisting with outreach, events, meetings, and relationship management. As a proactive and collaborative team member, you’ll track priorities, manage multiple assignments, and represent The Redford Center’s mission, vision, and values with precision and efficiency.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm (occasional evenings and weekends)
Location: Hybrid (Minimum 2 days in our beautiful office in the Presidio San Francisco CA)

Benefits: We offer a flexible schedule and an excellent benefits package, including generous paid time off, $100 monthly phone/internet stipend, $500 per year towards professional development, 100% coverage of employees’ health benefits, 50% coverage for dependents, dental and vision insurance, and participation in a 403b retirement plan with an employer contribution of 3%, after six months.
