What You’ll Do as a Financial Analyst

As part of the Redirect Health team, you’ll provide key financial expertise and support by:

  • Supporting the accounting process for month-end close with accruals and re-class activity as needed.
  • Developing and managing budgets and forecasts for business partners.
  • Completing monthly variance reporting for multiple department budgets.
  • Building models to analyze data, explain variances, and prepare presentation materials.
  • Partnering with the business to provide insights on spending trends and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Creating various reporting tools for analytics and ad hoc requests.
  • Performing variance and trend analysis while highlighting risks and opportunities in relation to budget, forecast, and prior years.
  • Supporting the CFO / Finance Director on key projects, analysis, and ad hoc requests.
  • Aligning with corporate culture, mission, and core values in all aspects of work.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, Required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare industry preferred (not required if you’re the right fit for our team and culture).
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Understanding of accounting concepts with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
  • Works well in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
  • This is a hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ, with required in-office days each week.

What You’ll Earn:

  • Pay Range: $80,000 Salary, DOE
