What You’ll Do as a Director of Growth Marketing

As part of the Redirect Health team, you’ll drive marketing performance, efficiency, and innovation by:

  • Owning paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms (~$100K/month budget).
  • Leading full-funnel growth initiatives across traffic, conversion, nurture, and sales enablement.
  • Building and managing dashboards that track CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel performance.
  • Overseeing a small, agile performance team (copywriter, media buyers, marketing ops).
  • Partnering with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging and attribution integrity.
  • Establishing a data-driven testing cadence to scale winning campaigns efficiently.
  • Developing insights that inform spend allocation, audience segmentation, and creative strategy.
  • Supporting lifecycle marketing initiatives that drive retention, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Improved CAC/LTV visibility within 90 days
  • Clear, actionable dashboards for leadership
  • Increased qualified lead volume and conversion rate
  • Reduced dependency on external agency execution
  • Demonstrable ROI and performance growth


What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or demand generation (B2C or B2B2C preferred).
  • Proven success scaling paid acquisition at $100K+/month spend.
  • Expertise with Meta and Google Ads, funnel analytics, and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred).
  • Deep understanding of attribution, ROAS modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating across departments.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or subscription models is a plus.
