What You’ll Do as a Financial Analyst
As part of the Redirect Health team, you’ll provide key financial expertise and support by:
- Supporting the accounting process for month-end close with accruals and re-class activity as needed.
- Developing and managing budgets and forecasts for business partners.
- Completing monthly variance reporting for multiple department budgets.
- Building models to analyze data, explain variances, and prepare presentation materials.
- Partnering with the business to provide insights on spending trends and cost-saving initiatives.
- Creating various reporting tools for analytics and ad hoc requests.
- Performing variance and trend analysis while highlighting risks and opportunities in relation to budget, forecast, and prior years.
- Supporting the CFO / Finance Director on key projects, analysis, and ad hoc requests.
- Aligning with corporate culture, mission, and core values in all aspects of work.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, Required.
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare industry preferred (not required if you’re the right fit for our team and culture).
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Understanding of accounting concepts with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
- Works well in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
- This is a hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ, with required in-office days each week.
What You’ll Earn:
- Pay Range: $80,000 Salary, DOE
