Join our team as a Dedicated Member Advocate and play a pivotal role in supporting Redirect Health members with eligibility through patient assistance program, 501(r) charity programs, and other alternative assistance. You'll work closely with members, internal providers, and external facilities to ensure high-quality care is delivered at fair, negotiated rates. Your role will be vital in helping our members feel confident and supported throughout their healthcare journey.

What You’ll Do as a Dedicated Financial Assistance Representative

As part of the Redirect Health team, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Focusing on member priorities with compassion to ensure quality care is delivered.
  • Advocating for members by engaging with provider offices and hospitals about all patient assistance resources available.
  • Coordinating care and managing the cost of medical needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicating via phone and email with members, ensuring transparency, trust, and confidence in our process.
  • Performing general office responsibilities, including handling client inquiries and documentation.
  • Meeting and exceeding KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) tied to coordination and advocacy goals.
  • Using analytical and decision-making skills to navigate complex surgical coordination.
  • Supporting internal improvement and change management initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED, required.
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare administrative support or case management-related role, required.
  • Patient Assistance Advocate/Financial Counselor background preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

What You’ll Earn
