Reforge is entering an exciting new chapter, and we’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive to help shape the future of our newest products.
You’ll work on Reforge Insights, which is growing 3x - 4x YOY. This is not your average AE role, you’ll join a small, high-caliber team (you’ll be the second AE dedicated to this product) and work alongside our founders to define how we go to market. You’ll have inbound leads from a 300K+ product community, a buyer who deeply feels the problem we solve, and a product that sparks curiosity and conviction. No cold-start hustle, just meaningful conversations waiting to be had.
You’ll sell directly to PMs, VPs of Product, Product Ops leaders, and CPOs, diving into product strategy, roadmaps, and organizational design with some of the sharpest minds in tech. If you love technical products, thoughtful selling, and building trusted relationships, this role is for you.
We’re a <40 person team that ships fast, experiments constantly, and uses AI across everything we do. You’ll help us explore how AI can supercharge our sales process, shaping the sales engine and process.
You’ll join a tight-knit team of 3 AEs focused on different product lines, with your role centered on bringing Reforge Insights to even more product teams.
You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, our key customers, and our founder to build a successful SaaS business.

We have built a data-driven Compensation Philosophy at Reforge, with the intent of enabling all employees to do their best work. When setting compensation for each role, we use bands that include a target salary; on occasion we will extend an offer above or below the target if the skills presented in the interview process show spikes or peaks—but this is rare, and the highest likelihood is that your offer will be at target.
The target salary for this role is $110,500, with $59,500 in variable compensation for a total OTE of $170,000. Equity is also included and will be discussed during the interview process.
We do not negotiate offers because our compensation philosophy is based on equitability and intentional placement within the market.
