POSITION SUMMARY:

Regent Surgical (“Regent”) is looking for a Senior Manager Operations Finance to support the organization by providing analytical and financial insight for our corporate teams, as well as our physician and health system partners. This person will be a critical member of a dynamic team and will report directly to the SVP, Finance.


The Senior Manager Operations Finance will have meaningful influence on the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of Regent’s rapidly growing business. Through partnership with the SVP, Finance, this role will have high visibility and engagement with Regent’s senior leadership and interface directly with various functional areas across the organization to support financial, strategic, and operational analyses.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the development of financial models, presentations, and other analysis to be utilized in internal/external meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular monthly financial reports for leadership, operators, investors, and other stakeholders, as well as regular reporting for the Board of Directors.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives by delivering financial and operational analyses that inform strategic business decisions.
  • Lead high-impact, ad hoc financial projects to identify growth opportunities, improve operational performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Direct the overall process for the detailed, bottoms-up development of the annual budget and resource planning analysis.
  • Assist in modeling the company’s long-range planning, rolling forecast updates, and analysis of future growth opportunities.
  • Deliver clear, data-backed recommendations to senior leadership, shaping key strategic and financial decisions.
  • Strengthen financial controls and operational accountability by increasing visibility into key financial risk areas.
  • Serve as the system expert and administrator for the company’s financial planning platform, Workday Adaptive Insights.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, supporting emerging priorities and critical decision-making needs.

  • Demonstrated experience leading financial analysis/modeling, forecasting, strategic planning, and budgeting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact across a broad range of teams and with multiple levels of management.
  • Demonstrated success prioritizing, organizing, and meeting time-sensitive deadlines across multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Executive-level oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex analyses concisely.
  • Maintains meticulous attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Proactive and hands-on leader with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and a bias for action.
  • Expert-level Excel skills with the ability to build dynamic models; advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for executive-ready presentations.
  • Advanced Workday Adaptive and Office Connect skills (preferred).

Education/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Seven plus (7+) years of work experience [CL1] in finance, accounting or a related field.
  • Workday Adaptive Insights and Office Connect experience preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred (direct reports and project-based leadership).
