We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Data Analyst / Manager to join our team at Regent Surgical. What you'll do
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data—focusing on inventory, procurement, and distribution—within the healthcare sector.
- Dashboard Development: Design and maintain user-friendly dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, clinical, and operations) to identify inefficiencies and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Utilize data modeling and forecasting techniques to support inventory management and demand planning.
- Training & Development: Lead ENVI and Accounts Payable Module training sessions for team members, ensuring seamless system use and compliance.
- Project Management: Support supply chain initiatives by managing projects related to material management, procurement, and process improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Assist with cost reduction strategies and contribute to ongoing process enhancement projects.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and validation processes.
- Industry Insights: Stay updated on healthcare supply chain trends and best practices to inform strategic decisions.
- Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support departmental goals.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
- Minimum Three (3) years’ experience in materials management/purchasing /e-procurement
- Significant computer experience to manage multiple computer systems proficiently
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; or 5 years surgery center experience
- Experience in Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC).
- Operating room knowledge and experience.
- Proficiency in ENVI and data visualization tools like Tableau and Excel.
- Familiarity with supply chain KPIs and reporting processes within a healthcare setting. Strong understanding of supply chain processes and key performance indicators in healthcare.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills.
- Availability to travel up to 25%.
