POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director, Development and Integration is responsible for directing the planning and execution of integration activities across Regent’s growing Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) acquisition pipeline. Reporting to the VP, Partnership & Integration, this role oversees cross-functional integration workplans across multiple geographies and ensures all integration activities are completed on time and in alignment with Regent’s strategic and financial objectives.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
INTEGRATION PLANNING AND EXECUTION
- Lead integration planning beginning in the diligence phase; align on future state processes and systems for a given acquisition and develop the project plan accordingly.
- Direct and lead cross-functional integration project teams responsible for onboarding acquired ASCs.
- Develop and manage detailed integration workplans, ensuring all milestones are met within assigned time frames.
- Support deal structuring and negotiation by translating diligence findings into actionable integration considerations.
- Identify and resolve integration issues; recognize when escalation is needed and engage appropriate leadership promptly.
- Enhance integration playbook/project plans based on continued learnings and/or ability to scale.
- Develop and/or meaningfully modify integration approach and project plan where it meaningfully differs from the standard.
- Lead vital ad-hoc projects related to business development and strategic initiatives as needed.
COMMUNICATION & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- Develop and deploy comprehensive communication plans for disseminating integration updates, timelines, and action items to site level leaders and cross-functional corporate teams.
- Serve as the primary integration liaison between site-level leaders and Regent’s cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain integration status reports for integration steering committee meetings, executive updates, and Health System partners.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret financial models, valuation summaries, and M&A deal structures.
- Proficiency with standard business applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to process complex information from diverse sources and recommend action plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to develop and present materials tailored to executive and operational audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities; ability to positively influence and lead others.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Five to ten (5–10) years of experience in healthcare consulting, project management, M&A integration, or a related field.
- Five plus (5+) years of experience directly supervising and leading a team.
- Experience working effectively in a corporate, matrixed environment with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Healthcare services experience strongly preferred.
Preferred:
- MBA and/or PMP certification.
- Experience in ASC, surgical services, or ambulatory healthcare operations.
