Director of Data Operations
We’re seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Data Operations to lead and scale our data infrastructure, delivery systems, and quality operations. This role will be at the center of ensuring Relo Metrics delivers accurate, timely, and scalable sponsorship measurement data to clients across sports, media, and brand ecosystems.

You’ll oversee the ingestion, processing, QA, and delivery of massive amounts of data—from logo detection and broadcast exposure to metadata enrichment and third-party data integrations. You’ll report to the VP, Data Strategy and Operations and will help with further automation and process improvement within the team and across the organization.

What You'll be Doing 

• Cultivate strong vendor relationships to ensure seamless collaboration and optimal service delivery.
• Oversee daily operations and guarantee client satisfaction through effective project management and communication.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on data delivery progress and timelines.
• Champion the professional growth of your direct reports, fostering a skilled and motivated team.
• Drive automation initiatives to enhance team efficiency and enable scalable organizational growth without significant headcount increases.
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain a deep understanding of AI applications within our business and across the industry.

Qualifications
What You Need to Have (Required for Hire)

• Experience managing and scaling a team 
• 2+ years of experience managing BPO vendor relationships.
• 2+ years of experience managing resourcing to meet client SLA's and delivery timelines.
• Experience shaping operations playbooks and implementing process improvements (AI, Low-Code Solutions).
• Ability to think creatively. Not every solution will have a blueprint and may require improvising based on needed outcome.
• Solid understanding of AI/Computer Vision.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Nice to Haves)

• Sports sponsorship experience and understanding of the various players in the space 
• An understanding of Viewership data and how it is collected

What's In It For You?

At Relo Metrics, competitive base pay is a part of a total rewards package which also includes benefits and wellness. The reasonable estimated base pay range for this role is $100,000.00 annually. The actual amount may be higher or lower. Individual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant qualifications, work location, and labor market conditions.

The total rewards package offered also includes an employer-matched 401(k) retirement plan, and depending on the role, participation in a bonus, commission, or stock incentive program.
