The GM works closely with the VP, Club Operations, and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Membership, Finance, Operations, and Events) to develop and execute business strategies that optimize member satisfaction, revenue growth, and team culture.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Hospitality Leadership + Culture Building
- Consistently lead with a culture of “Lasting Impression” Hospitality, elevating both guest and team member experiences.
- Inspire a high-performing team by modeling presence, poise, empathy, and professionalism at all times.
- Deliver memorable moments for guests by ensuring every touchpoint reflects the Remedy Place ethos.
- Provide real-time feedback, coaching, and recognition to promote growth, engagement, and accountability.
- Cultivate a safe, inclusive, and values-aligned workplace that promotes diversity, belonging, and continuous learning.
- Actively foster relationships with guests and members to deepen loyalty and brand connection.
- Live and champion Remedy Place’s purpose, values, and standards, ensuring they are reflected in every decision, interaction, and guest experience.
Team Development + Leadership
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent across all club departments.
- Conduct monthly 1:1s and team huddles to ensure expectations, coaching, and feedback are consistent and constructive.
- Partner with concierge team, club crew and wellness practitioners, to ensure alignment across the guest journey.
- Create clear performance pathways and development opportunities for every team member.
- Address performance issues proactively, balancing support and accountability.
- Lead conflict resolution and complex guest situations with professionalism, grace, and sound judgment.
Operations + Business Strategy
- Manage daily operations with excellence, balancing short-term needs with long-term business health.
- Collaborate with the VP of Club Operations on strategic initiatives, revenue targets, and KPIs.
- Build and refine operational systems that empower clarity, efficiency, and high performance across the team.
- Optimize staffing, scheduling, and labor to align with budget and business needs.
- Ensure inventory, cleanliness, equipment, and amenities meet Remedy Place’s luxury hospitality standards.
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including labor and safety laws.
- Leverage insights from guest feedback channels to continuously improve the club experience.
Membership Growth + Retention
- Oversee acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts to maintain a thriving, high-value membership community.
- Coach the AGM/Membership Manager to lead immersive tours, personalized onboarding, and relationship-driven communications that inspire retention and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, events, and partnerships to deliver integrated engagement strategies.
- Track and analyze membership metrics to inform programming, promotions, and retention strategies.
Brand Experience + Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Education, and Creative to bring campaigns, activations, and seasonal initiatives to life.
- Act as a key collaborator and communicator with HQ departments to ensure smooth rollout of all initiatives.
- Champion Remedy Place brand values, ensuring alignment in aesthetic, tone, and service across all club operations.
- Build trusting relationships with other leaders across the business, contributing to shared learning and consistency in decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS + SKILLS
- 6+ years of management experience in high-end hospitality, wellness, or luxury lifestyle environments.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests, team members, and leadership.
- Proven track record of driving membership sales and revenue growth in a luxury or wellness setting.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage complex operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using membership platforms, CRM systems, and digital scheduling tools.
- Flexible schedule—ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining poise and professionalism at all times.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS + WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable going up and down stairs throughout the club.
- Ability to use a laptop and phone for administrative work.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Ability to bend, kneel, and squat to assist in guest experiences.
- Ability to read equipment dials and guest booking platform
- Scheduling flexibility including weekend, evenings, holiday availability to support business needs.

COMPENSATION:
Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000
