At Remedy Place, the Project Manager is the driving force behind project execution at Remedy Place.  They are responsible for overseeing all aspects of project operations, ensuring project efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction, and optimal project outcomes.  The project manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that every facet of the project aligns with Remedy Place organizational goals and standards. You are a strategic cross-functional business partner to all departments and external stakeholders to maximize efficiency in developing and executing recurring operational flows and special projects. As a Project Manager, you will meticulously oversee operational initiatives, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The Project Manager will collaboratively partner with the VP, Club Operations to develop and execute strategic business objectives and goals that drive project growth and success resulting in an optimal project management office function at Remedy Place.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Collaborates with VP, Club Operations in setting organizational Project Management Office goals and standards

  • Responsible for close collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded throughout the project lifecycle

  • Ensures success by diligently tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. They use this data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize project performance

  • Consistently searches for ways to improve project processes, workflows, and outcomes. Takes action to execute and implement them. 

  • Encourages culture of continuous improvement where feedback is valued, and lessons learned are applied to future projects

  • Responsible for gathering key functional requirements for a project or initiatives

  • Responsible for identifying roles and responsibilities for each task of a project

  • Ensures a successful implementation of a project by creating thorough training materials

  • Work closely with the People and Culture Team to ensure successful planning and rollout of new HR initiatives, such as Performance Reviews

  • Work closely with Marketing, Expansion, Finance and Operational teams to ensure streamlined collaboration across all departments in pursuit of efficient, timely project execution and cross-functional collaboration

  • Creates, adjusts and maintains all company-wide and operational templates including checklists, presentations, etc

  • Responsible for ensuring consistency across company for processes and templates

  • Holds primary responsibility for managing Asana Project Management software and training new users

  • Responsible for creation of Standard Operating Procedures

  • Responsible for ensuring timely submission of Monthly, Quarterly, and Year End Operational Reporting

  • Responsible for creating and manage learning library for all clubs including training materials, SOPs, Manuals & additional resources

  • Build the infrastructure to track company-wide OKRs

  • Assist operations in roll outs of initiatives, operational procedures, policies, and new projects that need trainings or organizational documents adhering to set timelines

  • Responsible for making informed decisions that positively impact project profitability and sustainability

  • Responsible for meticulously managing project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and maximizing revenue potential 

  • Acts as a mentor and coach to provide guidance, support and encouragement, helping team members reach their full potential to reach a common goal

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of project management and training experience with a proven track record of motivating teams and driving projects to a timely completion 

  • Must have extensive experience in the hospitality industry (health and/or wellness industry preferred) with a deep understanding of unique expectations and preferences of luxury guest service standards, as the Project Manager plays a key role in developing projects to deliver unparalleled service and experiences

  • Must be proficient in multiple Project Management tools - Asana required

  • Must have extensive experience in creation of presentations for a variety of audience

  • Thrives under pressure, quickly pivoting and troubleshooting problems as they arise, always seeking innovative solutions to overcome obstacles

  • Enjoys working within a team and is skilled in developing training programs for high-performing teams with a detail-oriented focus on operational excellence, ensuring execution meets the highest standard of quality

  • Must be highly organized with strong time management skills and practices

  • Must have impeccable skills to prioritize a large volume of initiatives and adjust priorities quickly when met with pivots in strategy

  • Must be solution-oriented and self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain adaptable to drive success

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that are a necessity for a Project Manager to build strong rapport with cross-functional stakeholders to propel project forward and set very clear expectations

PHYSICAL DEMANDS + WORK ENVIRONMENT: 

  • Must be able to be walking / standing during work hours

The pay range for this role is:

105,000 - 120,000 USD per year (NY Corporate )
