First Voice Manager (Onboarding & Activation) - Hybrid in Seattle, WA - paid relocation available

Our First Voice team handles onboarding and activation, serving as the primary point of contact for new real estate agent and landlord customers. Today, three reps call leads to drive new signups, run onboarding sessions and webinars, and support partner launches, working a queue of thousands of new users each month. The team is producing. What it hasn't had is a dedicated manager.

As First Voice Team Manager, you'll give the team the coaching, structure, and reporting it's been missing, and then add two new programs: placing the leads RentSpree generates for agents, and working directly with landlords. It's a player-coach role, about 70% leading and 30% working leads and running sessions yourself, so your coaching stays grounded in real calls. Much of the team's routine work can be handled by AI and automation, and you'll decide where their time matters most. You'll report to the Head of Sales & Success.

This role is hybrid 2x/week in our downtown Seattle office.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and coach a team of three reps through weekly 1:1s, call reviews, and development plans for each team member
  • Own the team's numbers: activation, adoption, and repeat usage for agents, and paid adoption for landlords. Forecast weekly and flag risk early.
  • Decide who gets a call and who gets an automated touch, and set service levels for speed to first contact and contact rate.
  • Use AI and automation to take routine work off the team, such as call summaries and scoring, lead routing, follow-up, and reporting.
  • Launch two new programs: calling and placing the leads RentSpree generates for agents, and a landlord playbook built from scratch.
  • Grow the team as volume grows: make the hiring case, run the interview loop, and ramp new reps.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Support, and CSMs on lead quality, product feedback from calls, and clean handoffs.

Our job descriptions evolve with our business needs and priorities. Your role may include other tasks, projects, and team support.

Skills You Bring

  • 5-7+ years in sales, customer success, onboarding, or inside sales, including 2+ years managing or formally coaching reps. Bonus if you've taken over an existing team and raised its performance.
  • Experience running a phone-based team on a high-volume queue, and you're comfortable making the calls yourself.
  • You've automated part of a team's workflow, such as lead routing, call QA, follow-up, or reporting, and you use AI tools in your own work every day.
  • Comfort in a CRM and reporting tools. You build your own views instead of waiting on an analyst.
  • Clear writing: playbooks the team will use and updates leadership can act on.
  • Real estate, proptech, or property management experience is a plus, especially knowing how agents, landlords, and MLSs work.

AI Compounds the Work

AI is a core skill. The people who thrive here are curious, take ownership, and use AI to compound their thinking, not replace it.

We are fueled by our Guiding Principles

How we work and who we are comes down to six guiding principles. These are the principles we hire for and hold ourselves to:

  • Customer obsession: Our customers' needs come first. Not eventually, not when it's convenient. Every decision runs through one question: does this make things better for the people who depend on us?
  • Take action, forge solutions: When there's a problem, we don't wait for permission to solve it. We move with urgency, think past the obvious fix, and build something that holds.
  • Be candid, yet respectful: Say what you think. Name the problem. Challenge the idea. We don't do polite silence, but we also don't do cheap shots. Honest, direct, respectful.
  • Disagree, then commit: The best decisions come from real debate. Say what you think, even if it's uncomfortable. Once we decide, we move together.
  • Be audacious, learn loudly: Take the big swings our mission demands, treat every outcome as impact or a lesson, and share what you learn openly so the whole company grows stronger.
  • Strive for excellence: We don't settle at "done." We ask whether it's right, whether it's better than last time, and whether it's something we'd be proud to put in front of a customer.
